INJECTION MOLDING
We offer a broad range of injection-molding options with electro-motor and hydraulic machines that range from 50- to 450-ton sizes. Insert molding and over-molding capabilities enable us to produce a variety of part sizes. Our in-house tooling fabrication and secondary operations for wet painting, heat staking, pad printing, and silk-screening enable us to provide faster tooling qualification and production readiness. Secondary operations include wet painting, heat-staking, pad printing and silkscreening all in-house.
PRECISION MACHINING
We provide product development, prototyping, and production precision machining solutions for our customers and are equipped with the latest in machining technology, including 3- and 4-axis Funac 24k RPM production machining equipment. We also offer prebuilt DFM to minimize NPI runs and convert our customers’ 3D CAD designs into the part(s) that will complete their electromechanical assemblies.
DIE CASTING
We utilize gravity and high-pressure casting machines ranging from 65- to 1,250-ton sizes that are capable of aluminum and zinc castings, including punching, pretreatment, painting, and assembly. Advanced, automated production equipment coupled with CNC machinery enables us to produce precise castings for a variety of industry applications.
SHEET METAL STAMPING
We offer our customers stamping solutions for both low- and high-volume part requirements. We also provide detailed DFM with a focus on cost optimization as well as final part quality and final finish. Our in-house tooling fabrication enables faster tooling qualification and production readiness.
VALUE-ADDED ASSEMBLY
We offer technical and high-quality expertise in supply chaining to manage our customers’ BOM (bill of materials). This allows us to focus on optimizing the supply chain. It also allows us to perfect the logistics for in-bound materials to our factories for the final transformation, the final assemblies, and the final testing prior to pack out.
