The Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMESA), Ministry of Economic Affairs, provides the FINDIT website (https://findit.org.tw) (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) in accordance with these Terms of Use. To protect your rights, please carefully read these Terms before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
SMESA and the Website reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review them regularly. Your continued use of the Website after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

If you wish to cite or reproduce any of the Website’s content, you must first obtain prior written authorization from SMESA or the relevant rights holder, unless expressly permitted by law. 5. Registration Principles

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • Request cessation of collection, processing, or use
  • Request deletion
To exercise these rights, please contact us and submit a completed application form. We will respond in accordance with the law. In accordance with Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act, a necessary fee may be charged for processing access or copy requests.
