Transducer Protector
Transducer Protector are used in connected with blood tubing and dialysis machine.
We offer a comprehensive selection of Transducer Protector, ranging from Male/Female Luer Lock, to Luer Slip and Tubing Port (Inlet ID 5.2mm & 5.4mm) connector. Available in different colors, tube fitment sizes and more.
Our automated assembly technology performs a 100% in-process testing for membrane integrity and air tightness of welding.
PTFE membrane
The PTFE membrane with various pore sizes was produced by the advanced biaxial stretching method. The waterproof and oil-proof grades and air permeability requirements can be customized. Our PTFE membrane can be used for medical devices (e.g., Transducer Protector), waterproof/dustproof device, air/liquid filtration, air monitoring, membrane disc filter for Lab and the sealing equipment that needs to balance pressure.
? The PTFE membrane used in Transducer Protector only allows sterile air to pass, block dust, bacteria and blood to pass through, blocking bacteria to avoid infection of the patient, and effectively preventing blood from entering the pressure monitor, avoiding cross-infection of the patient's blood and the dialysis machine and machine damage.
? Applied to the waterproof and dustproof devices, we can provide various air permeability specifications：10 L/sec~100 L/sec, various waterproof and dustproof grades： IP64, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68, and we can also provide customized assembly products with multiple layers of materials.
? Gas detection / Gas analysis and filtration : Various specifications like pore size, die-cut size, hydrophobic and hydrophilic.
