Founded in August 2013 by Dr. Ting-An Wang, head of the San Francisco tech group, along with Chen Jingchu and 18 enthusiastic angels from Silicon Valley. The group aims to support Taiwanese innovation and entrepreneurship, with Chen Jingchu appointed as the founding president.
