Introduction
Harbinger Venture Capital, established in 2000, currently manages a fund of USD 200 million and maintains offices in Taipei and Silicon Valley. It primarily invests in early- and mid-stage high-tech startups or niche, high-growth companies. The team consists of 8 professional investment managers, most of whom have been with the company since its founding. In addition to the professional investment team, Harbinger integrates resources with the manufacturing and global distribution channels of the United Microelectronics Corporation–Shentong Group. Harbinger has invested in over 100 companies across China, the U.S., and Taiwan, with more than 20 publicly listed. Individual investments range from USD 1 to 8 million. Due to long-term partnerships and providing assistance when needed, Harbinger often achieves win-win outcomes.
