Established in 2014 by entrepreneurs and alumni of Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, the fund includes shareholders and directors from diverse industries, including manufacturing, services, biotech, 3C, distribution, trade, finance, and construction. Its investment scope covers startups from southern Taiwanese universities as well as nationwide high-potential ventures.
