Initiators Asia Capital Limited, established in August 2009, is a private equity investment firm with shareholders from listed companies in Asia and strategic financial/industrial partners across Greater China. Its main investment types include venture capital, late-stage IPOs, M&A/backdoor listings, and real estate, with long-term investments in high-end seaview villas, hotel acquisition and management, and BOT projects in Kinmen. It plans to leverage its Taiwan private fund team to list companies and further develop BOT and tourism investments in Kinmen.
