FINDIT Membership Terms of Service
The Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, provides the FINDIT website (https://findit.org.tw) services based on these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). To use the services provided by this Website, you understand and agree to the following terms. The personal information you provide to this Website must be accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any incorrect, false, or incomplete information, this Website has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your access to its services. If any damage is caused to this Website as a result, you shall be held liable for compensation. If your account or password is stolen or if any other security issues occur, you should immediately notify the Website.
The personal information provided by members will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Members agree that the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration may collect, transmit, and use such data within a reasonable and legal scope for statistical analysis, research, and for providing FINDIT platform-related activities, information, and other services.
According to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, individuals may exercise the following rights:
- Request to inquire or review their data.
- Request a copy of their data.
- Request to supplement or correct their data.
- Request to stop the collection, processing, or use of their data.
- Request deletion of their data.
For any of the above requests, please contact our office. After completing the application form for exercising your rights, we will respond in accordance with the law. In addition, pursuant to Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act, we may charge a necessary fee for inquiries, reviews, or requests for copies of personal data.
