公司簡介

雲研物聯公司由財團法人資策會與工業電腦龍頭廠商研華公司共同成立，以設備聯網解決方案為首發目標市場，並推出設備聯網解決方案運維服務，鎖定具有設備分散且佈建廣泛特質之應用情境，服務其設備製造商、設備租賃與維修服務商、系統集成商等各垂直領域生態圈內的用戶，以達成大中華區工業設備聯網之運維雲平台及方案領導廠商之發展願景。107年1月資策會攜手研華公司共同成立「雲研物聯」種子公司(資本額新台幣1,000萬元)，後因考量市場變化及商業模式，短期獲利不易，於108年改為以Spin-in方式，共10位同仁加入研華科技，並新設立物聯雲平台部門，發展WISE-PaaS平台及解決方案，目前相關部門已有近百人投入相關軟體研發，研華科技軟體營收已占該公司2%左右，約新台幣12億元。
