根據KPMG Enterprise最新《全球創業投資分析》報告，2018年投資金額超過2,550億美元，亞洲投資創下紀錄，推升全年度的總投資金額成長。

然而，全球投資金額雖上升，但投資階段卻偏向後期，當資金朝向晚期新創聚集，新創企業該如何創造優勢，提升價值？又該如何突圍市場，進擊下一波的成長？面對熱錢集中化趨勢，創投如何慧眼識英雄，搶得先機？

期望藉由與天使投資人共同投資，提供新創企業創立初期營運資金，借重天使投資人投資經驗，提供新創後續輔導諮詢與網絡連結，讓各產業中更多具有潛力的優秀創業團隊或新創企業，獲得投資人的青睞並激發更多的創業精神以及創新能量，使台灣新創產業環境能夠不斷地激勵向上。

According to KPMG Enterprise's latest "Global Analysis of Venture Funding" report, investment amount exceeded US$255 billion in 2018, with Asia setting an investment record, boosting the overall investment growth for the year. However, despite the growth in amount, the investment is of a later stage. When funding accumulates toward last-stage startups, how can a startup create a competitive edge and increase its value? How can it break into the market and aim for the next wave of growth? Faced with the hot money centralization trend, how can venture capitals uncover the hidden gems?

This event is expected to provide startups with operating capitals in their founding periods via joint investment from angel investors, and their insightful investment experience will support startups to obtain subsequent consultation and business networks. In so doing, we aim to motivate startups with outshining potential in all industries to earn recognition from investors, to inspire entrepreneurship and to bring innovative momentum into full play, so as to stimulate the growth of the innovation and entrepreneurship environment in Taiwan.
